Replacement fryers were on the cards for this client, and we were happy to supply them. They received the Evo 2525 Freestanding Twin Basket Fryer from Valentine, an excellent product choice with 3 years part and labour warranty.
Chef Kishan Bisht was happy with the installation of the fryers and received a CCE London taster spoon.
